Your missions

You will take a key position as Structural mechanics engineer in the Italian subsidiary, taking responsibility to develop key components for the pressure vessel and structure of the in-space thruster. Your missions in Turin will include:

  • Own mechanical design and sizing of satellite structural components, with a focus on interface definition, mass optimization and environment compliance.
  • Collaborate on 3D CAD modeling (Siemens NX) and detailed drawing production for aerospace parts.
  • Support Finite Element Analysis (Siemens Simcenter) and structural simulations under launch and flight loads.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers and manufacturing processes, including composites and additive manufacturing.
  • Contribute to assembly tests and integration activities, including mechanical interface control.
  • Document analyses and design choices in line with industry best practices, product requirements and ECSS standards.

Your profile

  • Enrolled in the last year of master’s degree or engineering school, you have a passion for space technologies.
  • You demonstrate a high academic level and knowledge of industry-specific technologies and protocols and you wish to apply your skills in hands-on real world problems.
  • You have practical experience with the engineering methods mentioned, and you wish to shape the next generation of space transportation.
  • You possess a professional level of English. Knowledge of the local language will be recognised.
