As Alpha Impulsion is organising to assume all-encompassing activities from R&D to development of products to commercialisation over France, Italy and more locations in the future, you will assume the role of scaling all aspects of Human Resources, with a strong focus on strategic recruitment of the best engineering talent from the European space industry.
You will assist the founding team in hiring for critical engineering and technical roles, with a focus on direct sourcing and headhunting in the aerospace industry. In addition you will participate in the development of Alpha Impulsion on work contracts, payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding, and internal policies.
As the company grows, you will also be involved in performance management, feedback cycles, and career paths aligned with a high-performance culture. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership on organisation design, compensation strategy, and team scaling.
