Your missions

You will take a key position as Assistant Project Manager, working in tandem with OPAL’s PM. You will take responsibility for managing project resources, workflow, risks and tools. Your missions in Toulouse will include:

Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and risk management for a space thruster development project.
Apply and improve agile-inspired workflows (sprints, backlog) alongside classical PM techniques (Gantt, WBS) inherent to multi-partner projects.
Develop a system-level understanding of the thruster, interfacing across propulsion, structures, and avionics.
Interface with suppliers, manufacturing, and test team to ensure compliance with quality objectives.
Product Assurance culture:
- Support RAMS analysis and implementation at the core of the project.
- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of PA processes: non-conformance management, audits, and reviews.

Your profile

Enrolled in the last year of master’s degree or engineering school, you have a passion for space technologies.
You demonstrate a high academic level and knowledge of space propulsion technologies, and you wish to apply your skills in hands-on real world problems.
You have practical experience with management of a technical space project, and you wish to shape the next generation of space transportation.
You possess a professional level of English. Knowledge of the local language will be recognised.
